Monday Night roller ski

Join us Mondays at 6 pm for an easy pace roller ski at rotating locations. This is an easy, one hour L1/L2 ski with little to no uphills or downhills. OFF SEASON

Summer is the time for building a training base, and we all have our own idea of what suits us. We look forward to strength and dryland training as the summer ends, but build our individual fitness in summer with running, cycling and roller skiing. Stay tuned for schedules and events as we continue to build our organization. All training as a club will be organized as informal meetups using group chats.

IN SEASON

CNY nordic trains on weekends at Osceola Ski and Sport Center. Typically we will meet on Saturday mornings and Sunday mornings to ski together or do more structured workouts, like distance and speed work. In addition to skiing at Osceola, we meet to ski at Highland Forest, Winona Forest, Sunnycrest Park, Drumlins Golf Course and the BREIA trails. All of these venues are snow dependent. We have also travelled to snow if necessary in the early season. While we don’t have a coach, we all have tips and experience to share regarding technique, training and racing.
